My Journey
I am a Level & Game Designer who believes that space itself can tell a story — that the layout of a room, the sightline through a corridor, or the silhouette of a horizon can shape how a player feels before a single word of dialogue is spoken.
With a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Engineering from the Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune, and an MFA in Game Design and Development from the National Film and Television School (NFTS), UK, I bring together the analytical rigour of an engineer and the creative sensibility of an artist — designing spaces that guide, challenge, and immerse players.
Across six games at NFTS, I have led environment design, lighting, camera rigging, and systems integration (FMOD, Dialogue System for Unity) on projects including Out of the Shadows, Silence Revenge, and Deal with Death — each demanding a different design language, from atmospheric horror to narrative drama.
As the solo developer of Out of the Shadows (available on Steam), I designed and built every level end-to-end. I also co-developed Railway Chaiwala on Steam — a psychological thriller where environment and dialogue work together to build tension and propel the narrative forward.
I am drawn to projects where level design serves the story — action that feels earned, worlds that reward exploration, and spaces that make players stop and look.
